  • Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Non-returnable Items

Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or tampered packages of tea.
  • Products sold on clearance.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nehachai.com and send your item to the business address provided above. The same return conditions and process apply.
